Intimate Church Wedding – Toronto

Here is my friend Olivia and her husband Jarrett on their wedding day. It’s funny how things in life connect you. We worked together as lifeguards a million years ago and she posed for me as a model when I didn’t really know what I was doing behind the camera. I never thought I’d be the one to document her wedding day, but apparently she’d been a fan of my work for a long while now.

The wedding day came really quick due to some unforeseen health issues with her grandfather. Their families worked hard to put everything together within a month. They had a small intimate ceremony with their families at St. John’s Presbyterian Church just across from Bridgepoint Hospital in Riverdale, Toronto. After the ceremony, we took portraits on the roof of the hospital as well at the Old Don Jail.
